A big thanks to the crew at XT50! My team just completed its first Tough Mudder and we could not have done it without you!

In October of 2011 we all decided to do something to kick-start our lives and Tough Mudder was the goal. We trained with the XT50 workout videos three times a week (M, W, Fr) and ran outside on Tuesdays and Thursdays to supplement. The pounds fell off and our fitness levels improved exponentially. The workouts are great and we have other events scheduled this year. Thanks again for everything!

XT50 is a straight forward workout program that takes the mystery out of getting in shape.
