Think of it as your online gym!  We post new fitness and cross training workout routines every week and stream them on-demand, as high definition online video, to any internet ready device.  This includes iPhones and iPads, Android devices (phones and tablets), any “smart phone” capable of internet video as well as computers and TV’s.  Get XT50 anywhere and anytime! Our social platform is also available for you to get motivation from instructors and your friends.

Each XT50 workout is named after a state in the U.S.  You simply print the map and pick any workout you want, in any order, and complete all 50 states at your own pace. We recommend working out 3-4 times a week but that is strictly up to you! How Is XT50 Different From the Gym?

The gym is great for those who want the heavy machinery, have time and a plan, and can stay motivated on their own.  At XT50, members can stream workouts when and where they want. XT50 travels with you, schedules around you, and provides you with new classes every week. All you have to do is show up. We made it easy for you!

What Are Your Classes Like?

All of our classes are approximately 50 minutes in length and that includes warm up and cool down. Each workout is video taped without rehearsal and without any choreography. Why? Because we want to keep it real. This is the way real people workout and we you are part of our team!

If I Miss a Workout Can I Watch it Later?

All of our XT50 workouts are offered to members on demand so you never need to worry about missing a class. They don’t need to be done in any particular order so you get to make the schedule and figure out what works best for you. All of our workouts are “Total Body” so you can go through them in any order and at any pace.

Getting Started

What Equipment Do I Need?

Most classes require nothing more than a bottle of water, a towel and your own body. Many of our members use dumbbells to elevate their workouts and some even incorporate boxes and exercise balls (Swiss Ball). Anything we use in our workouts is basic fitness gear that can be purchased from any sporting goods store or from our site here.

How Much Space Do I Need?

To avoid knocking over that expensive vase (and to keep yourself safe!), we recommend you have approximately 8 feet x 8 feet of open space to move around.

What Bandwidth Do I Need to Use XT50?

You’ll need a minimum connection of 500kbps (0.5mbps). If you have DSL or cable connection, your bandwidth should be fine. However, depending on your household’s Internet usage at the time (e.g., if your kids are watching Netflix or YouTube in another room), your bandwidth could be reduced, which can impact your experience using XT50. Check it out for the first week at no cost and we’re sure you will find it works fine for you! 99% of our members have no issues getting the workouts when they want them.

To workout and get fit in high definition, you’ll need a minimum connection of 2,500kbps (2.5mbps).  Most broadband internet connections are above this so again, we anticipate no issues with your connection.

What Devices Does XT50 Work On?

You can use XT50 from most devices that have access to the Internet, including:

Mobile Phones – XT50 works great on iPhone, Android and all other smart phones!

Computer /Laptop – This is the easiest way to use XT50, since you don’t need to deal with cables or other connections.

Tablets (non-iPad) – This is an excellent option if you don’t have a dedicated room to exercise, or while you’re traveling.

iPad – You can access XT50 directly or, to make it even better, use your iPad with AppleTV to Airplay your classes to your television.

Television – A lot of today’s TV’s come with internet capabilities or you can connect your computer, laptop, tablet, or iPad directly to the back of your television using a VGA cable or an HDMI cable.

** A note about gaming consoles (Playstation 3, Xbox, and Wii): Currently, using XT50 from a gaming console is untested.  Some of our clients are doing it but we have not tried it personally.  A general rule of thumb is that if you can watch Youtube on your device, XT50 will work!
